How to Boost Your Mood, Balance Your Mind & Always Have Plants!

With more of us then ever staying at home right now its so important to make the space we have around us the best it can possibly be. With short days, dark winter nights and the added pressure of another lockdown, these times are hard and can sometimes feel lonely.


One excellent way to help boost your mood and definitely your productivity is getting "STUFF" organised, if you are working from home, trying to home school or both its so important to get your work area decluttered and crap free! Make a designated space in your home (not the kitchen table!) make sure that you can shut yourself away so you can truly focus on what you are trying to do. Your home environment is such an important space that it can totally decide the mood we are in. I truly believe that if the area around you is organised then your mind is already 50% there!


Now with us not getting the same amount of time outside at the moment, why not try to

bring the outside in! Whether your a totally newbie in caring for plants or have had a few and failed why not try again! They really are the perfect medicine in helping you feel calmer, being more relaxed and making your surroundings a cleaner environment. Not only do they reduce stress levels they can boost your productivity and also naturally clean the air around you. So as you can see, they may only be small and maybe to you quite insignificant but they really are so so important, honestly every home needs houseplants!
